Yoni Pasternak is a seasoned professional in sustainability and commercial strategy, currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Nala Earth. In this role, he leads efforts to provide rigorous and practical data on nature and biodiversity, enabling companies to develop effective sustainability strategies that comply with emerging regulations and frameworks, including the CSRD, TNFD, and SBTN.

Prior to joining Nala Earth in January 2024, Yoni was the Head of Commercial at natcap, a nature tech startup founded at Oxford University, where he focused on creating market-driven solutions for biodiversity and nature conservation. His experience also includes a significant tenure at Wayfair, where he served as Associate Director. There, he managed the Living Room, Home Office, and Accent Furniture categories for Wayfair’s EU markets, leading a team to implement a commercial strategy aimed at reducing Scope 3 emissions by engaging and incentivizing suppliers. Yoni played a pivotal role in marketing the sustainability attributes of Wayfair's products to consumers while also completing coursework at LSE focused on climate change.

Yoni's background includes valuable experience in management consulting at Bain & Company, where he worked on a range of strategic projects across various sectors, including consumer packaged goods and fashion. His time at Bain equipped him with strong analytical and project management skills, essential for driving impactful commercial initiatives.
