With a vision rooted in fostering socio-environmental regeneration, she previously established Soulfood Forestfarms, where she created a global accelerator that supports farmers and communities in adopting regenerative lifestyles and production methods. This initiative facilitated collaborations among diverse stakeholders, enhancing the adoption of regenerative agroforestry practices.
Before her entrepreneurial ventures, Uzzy co-founded if innovation-factory gmbh, a consultancy focused on reducing complexity through visual communication and graphic facilitation. During her tenure, she led numerous projects aimed at enhancing organizational clarity and effectiveness, training over 700 professionals in effective communication strategies. Her extensive background also includes roles in education consultancy at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where she managed large-scale training projects.
