Before joining Dott, Storm spent over two years at TIER Mobility, where he initially served as the Public Policy Manager for Smart Cities & Data. His work involved developing policy frameworks that influenced the operational strategies of the company across multiple European cities. He was heavily involved in thought leadership efforts, focusing on safety, urban data management, and the integration of smart city technologies.
In addition to his policy work, Storm represents TIER within the Micro-Mobility for Europe association, advocating for shared mobility interests at the EU level. He is also a member of the European Commission's Expert Group on Urban Mobility, where he collaborates with policymakers to enhance the relationship between public transport and shared mobility services.
