Florian Geiser is the Co-Founder and CEO of Hula Earth, a pioneering company launched in October 2023 that monitors natural ecosystems and provides comprehensive data on biodiversity health and dynamics. By leveraging a combination of satellite data, proprietary IoT sensor networks, and artificial intelligence, Hula Earth can identify natural sounds, detect wild scents, measure temperature and humidity, and visually capture vibrant life on the ground. Florian's vision is to create a world where technology and nature work in harmony to protect and enhance global biodiversity.
Before founding Hula Earth, Florian amassed considerable experience in engineering and technology. He worked at Motius for nearly four years, where he progressed from Embedded Engineer to Project Owner for Embedded Systems & AI. His role involved developing and managing various R&D projects, emphasizing teamwork and agile methodologies to achieve rapid and effective results. Prior to that, he was involved in embedded systems and IoT development at KINEXON, where he co-developed hardware modules for movement analysis and designed printed circuit board layouts.
Florian's background also includes internships in product development and quality management, further solidifying his expertise in technology and innovation. With a strong commitment to sustainability and a passion for enhancing biodiversity through advanced technology, Florian is poised to make a significant impact in the environmental sector with Hula Earth.
