Alessandro serves as the Head of Partnerships & Field Research at the Sovereign Nature Initiative (SNI) in Amsterdam, where he is dedicated to reshaping the relationship between ecology, economy, and emerging technologies. His current role involves collaborating with partners to develop and assess the impact of species-focused conservation and restoration projects, striving for radical sustainability solutions.

Prior to SNI, Alessandro founded AM Legal, a legal and strategy consulting firm that specialized in advising innovative, purpose-driven businesses on blockchain technology, intellectual property, and international contracting. His firm provided expertise in areas such as commercial contracting, DLT governance, and alternative dispute resolution, supporting clients through their international growth phases. He has also served as a Principal Research Officer at the Blockchain & Climate Institute, furthering his focus on the intersection of technology and climate action.

Alessandro is known for his thought leadership and has spoken extensively on topics such as blockchain and GDPR. His work reflects a deep commitment to environmental sustainability and innovative legal solutions that facilitate positive change in society.
