Thomas Rother is a strategic leader in the field of environmental technology, currently serving as the Go-To-Market lead at Hula Earth, a company dedicated to monitoring natural ecosystems through advanced satellite data and IoT sensor networks. Since October 2024, he has been focused on integrating technology with nature to enhance biodiversity and ecological health.

Prior to joining Hula Earth, Thomas worked as a consultant for the United Nations from July 2023 to February 2024, specializing in operations and business process improvement. He began his career at Celonis, where he spent nearly five years in various roles, ultimately serving as the Director of Ecosystem Strategy & Operations. In this capacity, he led global partner strategy, managing relationships with system integrators, consulting firms, and academic institutions, while driving initiatives in strategic planning, operations, and partner experience enhancement.

Before Celonis, Thomas held positions that included Team Lead for Partner Operations and Partner Development Manager, where he established scalable processes to support the expansion of Celonis' partner ecosystem in EMEA and APAC. His experience also includes a working student role at Aprimano Consulting, focusing on benchmarking analysis to improve business operations.
