Nathalia Grofke is a passionate marine conservationist and sustainability expert. As a Marine Conservation and Research Dive Master at Indo Ocean Group, she supports biodiversity data collection efforts and coral restoration initiatives in South Sulawesi, Indonesia, aimed at establishing a new Marine Protected Area. Her recent projects include a biodiversity assessment and coral restoration expedition in Raja Ampat, Indonesia.

Simultaneously, Nathalia serves as a Sustainability Strategy Consultant at Accenture DACH, where she advises on corporate sustainability, biodiversity, regenerative agriculture, and nature-based solutions. Her expertise spans water risk management, sustainable retail, and food system transformation, reflecting her commitment to addressing environmental challenges comprehensively.

With a foundation in sustainability research, Nathalia has collaborated with organizations like the Collaborating Centre on Sustainable Consumption and Production (CSCP) for her Master's thesis, which explored environmental labeling for food products.
