About:

Lena is a partner at Planet A Ventures, where she leads investments in pioneering green tech startups that aim to create a significant positive impact on the environment. Lena and Planet A led a successful funding round for The Landbanking Group, an eco-fintech startup that transforms nature into a balance-sheet asset through a market-innovating platform. Their technology integrates data from earth observation, digital in-situ data, and machine learning to create natural capital accounts, making nature-based assets attractive to sectors like agri-food, energy, and finance.

Additionally, Planet A invested in Good Carbon, a company building a platform to connect nature-based solutions with companies and investors. The platform focuses on creating high-integrity carbon credits and providing transparency in the voluntary carbon market. These investments reflect Lena’s focus on backing companies that are redefining sustainability through technological and market-based solutions.
