Prior to joining Carbon Equity, Idse worked in operations at VanMoof, a sustainable mobility company, where he contributed for over four years. His background also includes roles as a project manager and consultant at Sustainable Students Consultancy, where he worked on initiatives aimed at creating more sustainable business practices. Additionally, Idse completed research internships at the Institute for Biodiversity and Ecosystem Dynamics at the University of Amsterdam, as well as at Academisch Ziekenhuis Paramaribo.
