Before joining Shaper, she served as Head of Finance Transformation at TIER Mobility, overseeing risk management, cash flow optimization, and corporate restructuring. Previously, as Managing Director of Finance at ASTI Mobile Robotics, Alexandra led finance operations and strategic planning, supporting the company’s expansion in Europe.
Earlier in her career, she held roles at major firms like Telefónica and Xerox, excelling in financial reporting, forecasting, and mergers & acquisitions. Alexandra also gained hands-on experience as Group CFO at Terradox Solutions, where she directed treasury management and business process improvements. Dedicated to environmental causes, Alexandra volunteers her finance expertise with the Capacity Network, contributing to biodiversity initiatives that support sustainable ecosystems.
