Alessandro Montalto is a Scrum Master at CCH® Tagetik, specializing in Agile methodologies, team coaching, and collaboration. He volunteers with Capacity.eco to combat biodiversity loss and previously co-founded Climb It Up, a game-based approach for enhancing team dynamics. Alessandro has a PhD from Ghent University, where he pioneered a machine learning-based information theory model. He is currently supporting Capacity.eco as a volunteer.

Alessandro Montalto is an experienced Scrum Master at CCH® Tagetik, where he leads teams through Agile frameworks, fostering teamwork and efficiency. Since October 2024, he has been volunteering with Capacity.eco, contributing his Agile expertise to tackle biodiversity loss. Alessandro co-founded Climb It Up, an innovative team-building game aimed at improving workplace dynamics and preventing burnout, and was previously a Project Manager at Stad Antwerpen, overseeing AI-driven IoT initiatives. His academic foundation includes a PhD from Ghent University, where he applied Scrum practices to bridge machine learning with information theory.
